Within the 48 Contiguous States: Shipping costs are based on the dollar amount of your order. The chart below makes it simple for you to calculate your shipping costs. These rates apply to orders that meet the UPS/FedEx standards for package weight and shape. Overlarge or heavier items will have an additional shipping surcharge. Orders that do not meet the typical standards for ground shipping will be delivered via alternate methods, and you pay the actual freight charges.
Orders with numerous items or overlarge items may accrue additional shipping charges.
NOTE: Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will not be processed until the following business day.
Most of our Shipping is handled by UPS. FedEx and USPS make up the rest, unless you order a large or heavy item which may be delivered by truck freight, in which case the driver is not responsible for unloading the items.

Other Shipping Methods: Actual shipping charges apply for other shipping methods, including UPS First Day Air, UPS Second Day Air, UPS Third Day Select, and U.S.P.S. First Class.
Shipping Policy Outside the 48 Contiguous States: Shipping charges will be determined when the order is placed. You will be contacted with confirmation of shipping charges before your order is shipped. When large items are shipped via an alternate means, you pay actual freight charges.
- When placing your order, please make sure that you include your telephone number including country and area code.
- If you have a preferred shipping method, please inform us of this.
- We will send a quotation of shipping charges BEFORE your order is shipped.
- Please send us a physical shipping address and not a P.O. box.
- We ship to all countries, with the exception of those restricted from trade by the United States or international sanctions.
- A commercial invoice will be included with the shipment, stating the description, price and country of origin.
- Please note that import duties and clearance fees are always the responsibility of the buyer and frequently are an extra $60 plus (USD)
Sales Tax: By law, Disability Work Tools must collect sales tax on all orders shipped to addresses within the state of Michigan.
